This policy explains what Sterraxfin collects when you use our website, order a card, or hold a wallet with us, and what we do with it. Please review it before publishing: it is starter wording, not legal advice.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, preferred language and account currency.
• Order and delivery details: the address and phone number you give at checkout.
• Identity documents you upload for verification (KYC), and the outcome of that check.
• Card and wallet activity: balances, transactions, swaps, deposits, withdrawals and partner postings.
• Security data: sign-in history, IP address, device and browser details, and the one-time codes we email you.
• Support messages you send us.

Why we use it

• To issue, activate and run your card and wallets.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud, money laundering and abuse.
• To email you codes, receipts, alerts and changes to these terms.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including record keeping.
• To improve the service. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share data only with the parties needed to provide the service: our card issuing partner, payment and blockchain infrastructure providers, email delivery, and partner sites you have explicitly linked your card to. A partner site sees your masked card number, card status and the transactions it needs; it never sees your email address or documents.

Retention

Account, transaction and verification records are kept for as long as you hold an account and for the period required by law afterwards, typically five years. Sign-in history is kept for twelve months.

Your rights

You can view and correct your profile at any time in your account. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, or object to a use, by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the version and effective date below and notify account holders by email or in-app alert.
