Terms and conditions
The agreement that governs your Sterraxfin membership, card and wallets.
Version 1 · effective 4 November 2026 ยท last updated 4 November 2026
These terms govern your Sterraxfin membership, the virtual card issued to you, and the wallets attached to it. By ordering a card or using the customer area you agree to them. This is starter wording; have it reviewed before publishing.
1. Membership and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Every member is entitled to one card. A second order is refused or refunded.
- Membership verification and account creation are charged once at the amount shown at checkout.
2. Ordering, payment and issue
- You pay for the card with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Crypto payments are confirmed by us on the network before the order proceeds.
- Once paid, the card is issued and you receive an email with a link to the activation page.
- Nothing on the card can be used until it is activated.
3. Activation and security codes
- Activation uses a one-time 6-digit code that you request from the activation page and that we release and email to you. It works once and expires after 14 days.
- Codes for linking a partner site work once and expire 10 minutes after release.
- Never share a code with anyone. We never ask for codes by phone or email.
4. Wallets
- Activating opens a fiat wallet in your account currency and one wallet per supported cryptocurrency.
- Balances are held on our ledger and shown at reference rates that update throughout the day.
- Swaps between wallets use the rate shown at the time and a fee stated before you confirm.
5. Money in and out
- Funding converts crypto you send us into your fiat wallet at a rate locked for a limited time.
- Deposits credit a wallet in its own currency once we confirm the transfer.
- Withdrawals to a bank account, a crypto address, or cash delivery are reviewed before release and carry the fee shown when you request them.
- We may refuse, hold or reverse a transaction to comply with law or to prevent fraud.
6. Partner sites
- A partner site can read your card and post payments only after you link the card with a one-time code.
- Debits from a linked partner are taken immediately from your wallets, starting with the wallet in the payment currency. Credits are reviewed before they are added.
- You can decline a link request, and we or you can unlink a partner at any time.
7. Fees and limits
Fees and limits are shown on the website and inside the customer area before you confirm any action. We may change them with notice.
8. Freezing, blocking and closure
- You can freeze and unfreeze your card at any time.
- We may block a card or close an account for suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or legal reasons. Remaining balances are returned after review, less amounts owed.
9. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for losses caused by sharing your codes, sending assets to a wrong address or network, market movements, or events outside our control.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app alert with a new version and effective date. Contact: [email protected].
