These rules apply to anyone using this website and the customer area. Starter wording; review before publishing.

Acceptable use

• Use the site only for your own membership and card.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts, probe the service, scrape it, or interfere with it.
• Do not upload documents that are not yours or that are altered.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

Accounts and sign-in

• Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code. Keep your mailbox secure and sign out of shared devices.
• You can see and end your active sessions under Profile, Sessions.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Content and trademarks

Sterraxfin and the card artwork are registered marks and copyrighted works. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Availability

We aim for the site to be available at all times but may take it down for maintenance or security. We are not liable for loss caused by unavailability.

Third-party links

Partner sites are run by their operators under their own terms. Linking your card to a partner does not make us responsible for what they sell.
